Cranberry Tart

If baking is how I deal with my stress, what would I do if I could bake for a living? I mean, if I had my tiny pocket of a bakery and could make cakes and cookies and brownies and quick breads all day, would I be the coolest cat ever? I had the office Christmas party tomorrow and have agreed to bring a dessert. Baking in the oven is my Cranberry Tart. I was going to make a salad as an antidote for the decadent dessert but reconsidered. The tart is jam packed with 2 cups of cranberries and a cup of local grown pecans. I want to re-catergorize my tart as a main course because the nuts give it a high protein equivalent.
