Having moved away from Miami and all the easy, quick Cuban food, I have had to learn to cook a few things myself. I get by. A warm pastelles con queso with a cordadito is a delicious way to start the day.
It also helps to have fresh flowers arrive via the Fed-Ex man, enough for three separate room. :D
