After wiping the tears after reading the post about our boy I will add that yes, the salad tongs scared the crap out of me. I remember the sound it made. I remember the urgency to get Cameron out. I remember the concentration on the face of the doctor. I remember the umbilical cord. I remember telling you that everything would be ok, and that you were strong enough to continue. And yes, I also remember not asking or knowing his gender until what seemed minutes later.

You have been a great mother and I have been blessed for each of these 12 wonderful years.
