Tart cherry granola with toasted coconut and pecans

Homemade Granola

4 C. old fashioned oats

1 C. sweetened coconut

1/2 c. sliced almonds

1 1/2 C. chopped pecans

1/2 c brown sugar

1/2 c maple syrup

1/2 c coconut oil, melted

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix everything together and spread on a large jelly roll pan. Bake for 75 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove and add 1/4 c sweetened coconut and 1 c dried tart cherries. You can substitute dried crannies, dried blueberries or raisins.
