River of Stones: Day1
As I reorganize all my fabric, I discover an unfinished block. I made the small blocks long ago and then chose to leave it incomplete. At the time, it just didn’t fit in the quilt I was making. I could have easily discarded it back then but it ended crumpled in a scrap box. Now, I am different and I think the square is quite unique. I will make a throw pillow.
It makes me wonder what other previously undervalued treasures wait silently and patiently to be rediscovered. What was once unwanted, now seems quite lovely.
