I followed the recipe posted on Lick the bowl good. I made a few adjustments for Florida and because I had not let the buttermilk get to room temperature. I microwaved the buttermilk for about 20 seconds. I used 2 1/2 tsp of yeast and when I set the dough to rise, I place it outside on the back porch. My heavy ceramic mixing bowls stay cool in the A/C. I also used golden raisin because my dark raisins had crystallized. I want to try to freeze one loaf before the second rise and see if I can make it ahead.
