I have moved. Packed, moved, unpacked and reorganized to another house. It was unexpected. It’s done. There is a natural inertia to change, yet change and one’s ability to adapt is a testament to agility and fortitude. If I want to remain flexible I shall always hope to be open to change. I am reading Roger Housden’s Seven Sins for a Life Worth Living. The juxtaposition of the frenetic pace of the last week and my wholehearted desire to live more aware and slowly has been a spiritual exercise. I must complete certain tasks required and mandated. Yet, I want to be present and savor with my entirety that which passes around me.
Everything we taste is snatched from death: our responsibility is to taste it completely.
