I love appetizers. Little teasers of food. One of the most fun, original restaurants for appetizers is Cafe Tu Tu Tango. We went to the one in Coconut Grove when they first opened. Some Friday One our recent favorites is Ahi Tuna with grated ginger. I sear the tuna in the Griddler and serve it with warm Yoshida’s marinade. It is amazing. It leaves the mouth tingling. The Yoshida’s and the ginger bring some heat. Couple that with a Cosmopolitan and you approach heaven. Forget the chicken fingers and nachos….I go for the adult appetizers! The kids ate Spaghetti O’s. They thought they were in heaven. Go figure.
Now that is the way to start a good weekend….or celebrate the close of a work week.
